Do you have a defective Metabo tool, would you like to order a spare part, have a machine repaired or have a query regarding your repair order?
At our Nürtingen headquarters, qualified Metabo service employees will be pleased to attend to your needs. In the case of repairs, simply leave your power tool with your specialist dealer. We will have the machine collected, ensure a professional repair and a maintenance and safety check - and this not only in just 24 hours, but also at fair calculated fixed prices. On average, more than 95 percent of the machines we receive leave our service centre the very same evening in full working condition, cleaned, and can subsequently be collected the following day from the specialist dealer.
As most of the 2,000 or so Metabo specialist dealers use our service system, professionals all over Germany can always count on a contact person nearby if the need arises - this ensures that you can resume your work without a long delay. As a special plus, we also automatically grant a six-months' warranty without limitation on any power tool repaired in the Metabo service centre.

Other services, for example our hotline for orders and advice, the 24-hour spare parts service, the 8 year guarantee of spare parts availability or our special XXL-Services round off the Metabo service promise. There is the right contact person in place for each aspect and our experts are looking forward to your call or your message.
3-year XXL warranty
We give you an extra XXL warranty on many of our products. Simply register your product online within 4 weeks of purchase and your standard warranty is extended to three years without charge.
8 year guarantee on spare parts
We guarantee you an 8 year availability of spare parts even after your machine is phased out of production.
24-hour spare parts service
We will endeavour to dispatch spare parts within 24 hours providing orders are received before 15.00 hrs.
24-hour repair service
Within 24hrs of receipt your machine will be repaired or serviced with a renewed 6 months warranty and will be ready to be sent back to you.
Fixed prices for repairs
Metabo customers receive a comprehensive inspection and cleaning service in addition to the repairs. Another benefit: We use a fixed-price system.
